About MwanaMukomana
MwanaMukomana aims to address a feeling within the community that there is something needed to support our Zimbabwean boys and young men growing up in UK and the people that care for them.
Rooted in lived experience, collaboration, active listening and research, we believe that by rooting our youth in culture, mentorship and community, we can positively transform the life outcomes of the future generations in this country.

We don't assume. We ask, listen, and build based on what the community tells us it needs.
We help young people, their families and communities find the relevant support that's already out there — from mental health and crisis services to youth development and beyond.
Talking circles, walking groups, and shared activities where boys can simply be themselves — supported by facilitators who understand their world.
